Automations & pricing
A fixed menu, a setup fee and a monthly.
Three starter automations fit almost every business, and more are added when a client needs them. Everything starts on Ask me first, and every Monday you see what it did.

- Every plan includes one band: up to 1,500 emails and 300 documents a month. Go over either on a 3-month average and another band is added at €100 a month, agreed with you first.
- Half the setup when you agree the plan, half when it goes live.
- The monthly is paid by card. Stopping takes one month's notice.
- A year paid up front costs 10 months.

- No VAT is added: OwnerDeck isn't VAT-registered.
What you can change
You change settings, never the workflows, and a change by message is applied and confirmed back. Every plan has these controls, and every automation starts on Ask me first.

What no setting can switch off
- The automations never delete anything. Emails are labelled and archived, never removed.
- It never moves money and never changes bank details.
- Anything it is unsure about comes to you first, even on Autopilot.
- Every action is logged, so “why did it send that?” has an answer in a minute.
What it is measured against
Often the real alternative is doing it yourself, in the evenings.
Doing it yourself
About 11 hours a week, the UK average
The evenings this is meant to give back.
An office employee
€1,088 a month at minimum wage, before contributions
A salary, holidays, sick days and training.
Automation tools you set up yourself
A monthly subscription
You design, build and fix every workflow yourself.
AI email assistants
A monthly subscription per person
The inbox only. Nothing for invoices or paperwork.
OwnerDeck Office

Need a website as well? We still build those on request. Ask in the audit.
- No. Your email, your invoicing tool and your Drive stay yours and stay in your name. We are given access to run the automations, and you keep ownership of every account.
- Everything starts on Ask me first, so nothing goes out without your OK until you choose otherwise. Anything it is unsure about comes to you even on Autopilot, it never deletes anything, and every action is logged.
- It gives every email a second look, after your email provider's own spam filter. Anything that looks like phishing or a scam goes to a separate folder for you to check: a sender pretending to be someone you know, an urgent request for money, new bank details on an invoice. It flags, you decide, and nothing is deleted.
- It is handled under a short data processing agreement you sign before anything runs, as GDPR requires. It stays in your own accounts, and the automations never delete anything there. The terms list every service that touches it, and 30 days after you leave, everything we hold about your business is deleted.
- Owner-run businesses with 2 to 50 staff, where the owner or one office person does the admin. Any industry: the audit shows which jobs are worth handing over in yours.
- Nothing. One month's notice, and you get your data, your settings and a copy of your workflow files to run yourself, free.
- In Cyprus, and happy to meet in person, in Greek or English. The same automations also run for businesses elsewhere, set up remotely.
