Coastal Villas
A direct booking should be easier than the platform booking it replaces.
This is a demo concept, a complete design built to show how the system works in this trade. It is not a paid client engagement, and no results are claimed for it.

Overview
A demonstration build showing a direct-booking villa site with one shared calendar and multilingual guest messaging.
Challenge
Short-stay owners lose a share of every booking to platform commission, and the usual reason is that the direct route is slower and less convincing.
Calendars kept in more than one place eventually sell the same week twice.
Guest questions arrive in several languages and mostly repeat.
Approach
Treat the property page as the whole sales argument: photography with room to breathe, an honest description of what is included, and the booking action always within reach.
Hold availability in one place and let every surface read from it.
Answer arrival logistics automatically, because that is the bulk of guest messaging.
