Restaurants & Tavernas
Table ordering and websites for restaurants and tavernas
A table that cannot catch anyone's eye orders less and waits longer, and it happens at exactly the hour you can least afford it. A code on the table lets them order when they are ready, and the kitchen sees it the moment they do.
What usually breaks
A full room, one waiter on the floor, and a table that has been ready to order for ten minutes.
- The busiest hour is the one where tables wait longest
- Orders written on paper, then repeated at the till
- Allergen questions answered from memory, at speed
- A menu in a PDF that was priced two summers ago
- Delivery apps taking a cut of food you cooked
How many tables are waiting to order right now?
What we build
Ordering from the table
A code on each table opens your menu on the customer's phone, in three languages, with allergens on every dish and every extra. They order and pay there, and the ticket reaches a screen in your kitchen while they are still deciding on dessert.
One decision in the kitchen
A ticket is accepted or refused, and marked done when it goes out. Nobody is asked to keep a status updated with both hands full.
Your approved pricelist, not a second one
Cyprus law makes it an offence to charge above the sealed pricelist, and puts the numbered receipt on the restaurant. So the app carries the prices on your approved list, and your own till issues the receipt.
No commission, and your own account
Payments go to your payment account, not through us. OwnerDeck is paid by you, a build and a monthly, never a slice of what a customer spends on dinner. Delivery and collection stay with whichever app you already use.
The rest of the online side, if you want it
The website the menu sits on, reviews asked for after a meal, invoicing and the paperwork behind it. Each one is priced on its own, so ordering can be the only thing you buy.
Where this stands today
There is a demonstration you can use right now, on a phone and a kitchen screen. No restaurant is running it in service yet, so the first installations are pilots and are quoted as pilots. That is the honest position, and it is why the first one gets more of our attention than a tenth would.
The customer path, end to end
- A code on each table
- Your menu, in three languages
- Ordered from the phone
- Ticket on the kitchen screen
- Accepted or refused, once
- Paid into your own account
Go deeper
Try it from a table
The customer's phone and the kitchen screen, both running. Order something, then watch it arrive and be accepted. Nothing is sent anywhere and no payment is taken.
What it costs
Table ordering is a single service with a build price and a monthly, and every other part of the online side is priced beside it.
Ask about a pilot
Tell us the room, the menu and how you take payment now. You get an actual answer about what we would install, not a calendar link.
