Meridian Clinic
Most of what reaches reception does not need a person to answer it.
This is a demo concept, a complete design built to show how the system works in this trade. It is not a paid client engagement, and no results are claimed for it.

Overview
A demonstration build showing appointment requests and patient questions handled without interrupting clinical hours.
Challenge
The phone rings through clinical hours, and most calls ask about price, hours or which practitioner to see.
Appointment requests arrive across phone, email and social messages with no single list.
No-shows go unaddressed because nobody has time to send reminders.
Approach
Publish the information people are calling to ask for, written for a patient rather than a practitioner.
Turn appointment requests into structured records instead of live negotiations.
Automate reminders, which is the cheapest available fix for missed appointments.
